Where our trips differ to others is that, as well as walking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu in Peru or coming face to face with a mountain gorilla in Uganda, you will be giving back to the communities we visit and will become part of something sustainable. Our projects have been developed to ensure that both you and the project benefit, and that the tasks set out in front of us are possible within the time scale and skills people have to offer.
You will be staying and working in some of the most economically deprived areas in the world, but with the guidance and support of experts in their field. Ever lived and worked in a shanty town? Walked shoulder to shoulder with a tribesman? Or taken a puma for a stroll?! It is truly worthwhile work, as well as being an experience you will never forget.
Of course, it is a holiday as well, and we haven’t forgotten this. Taking in some of the most mind blowing locations on the planet in the style and comfort you deserve will make for an unforgettable adventure. Our holidays are active adventures – trekking an ancient Inca Trail, searching for mountain gorillas through the jungle, scuba diving in the Indian Ocean – but we make sure that at the end of each day you come home to something special.
All of our itineraries are led by our expert leaders, and include all expenses on the ground. Group sizes are no more than 12.
